Topic: Crossfit and Paleo
Research Question: In what ways can engaging in high-intensity fitness programs like CrossFit positively impact adolescent males' academic achievement and overall "studiousness"?
Research Experiment Question: What are the effects (weight, strength, resting heart rate, cardio endurance, mental state, sleep, BMI, blood pressure) on me if I eat Paleo and do Crossfit twice a day?
