This is a episode in an eight- part series about Fletcher Tholin. Before he was sentenced to 5 years in prison, he was into doing a lot of bad stuff with drugs. In prison he saw something on TV streaming on ESPN and he asked someone what it was and they said it was Crossfit. From then on he was hooked, he wanted to know everything about it. These episodes tell us his about how he was doing Crossfit in prison, to now doing it a box. By doing Crossfit and being in the community of Crossfit it seems that his self-efficacy has tremendously gone up and has been rehabilitating him.

Girls are beating guys in "academic achievement" http://www.cbsnews.com/news/the-gender-gap-boys-lagging/ This is a great article that dives into the motivational aspect of academic achievement, while addressing the "Gender Gap" file:///Users/liammcdade/Downloads/efficacy%20final%20contemporary%20ed%20psych.pdf This blog is a great view of the more mental and pyschological reasons for doing my research. It also talks about the more external benefits of dieting and exercising such as looking more fit in the fit. http://www.reallifehealth.ca/exerciseplay/why-do-i-train |
